You can conveniently pay for bike hire on site. We accept cash payments as well as all major debit and credit cards.

As a rule, no deposit is required. Full payment is made when you collect the bike from our station.

We are here for you every day.
Our opening hours are
9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
If this does not suit you due to your flight times, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange a pick-up time.
If you are unable to collect your bicycle at the specified collection time, it will of course be ready for you at our next opening time.

Why do I have to fill out the data sheet? We adjust your rental bike to your measurements in advance so that you can feel completely comfortable on your tours. Please be sure to send us the data sheet with your booking. If something does not fit, we will be happy to help you. Please do not make any modifications yourself. Especially with carbon parts, the wrong torque can lead to defects.

We have common pedal systems (Shimano SPD, SPD-SL, Look Keo) in stock and will be happy to install them for you.

We will of course fit your own pedals free of charge.

Bike cleaning is included in the rental price – after all, you're on holiday.

Yes, the hotel's bicycle storage room is available for our guests to use.

Yes, washing machines and dryers can be used for a fee.

We want you to enjoy your stay without any worries, which is why insurance for your hire bike is compulsory with us.

The insurance covers material damage to the bicycle caused by falls or accidents during normal use.
The following are not covered: theft, negligence and tyre defects. We therefore ask you to always keep an eye on your bicycle or lock it up – even in the bicycle storage room.
Damage incurred while participating in competitions is not covered!

In Spain, cyclists are required to wear helmets outside built-up areas. For your own safety, we strongly recommend that you always wear a helmet. Helmets are available to hire on request.
In addition, the blood alcohol limit for cyclists is also 0.5‰.

Each of our bikes is equipped with a mini pump, a spare inner tube and tyre levers. This means you can fix minor punctures yourself. For more serious defects, please contact us by telephone.

This number can be called free of charge from any landline or mobile phone within the EU. You should always carry identification and proof of health insurance with you.

We do not currently offer fixed group tours. However, we would be happy to advise you personally on the most beautiful routes on the island and provide you with GPX tracks.
