Tell us your preferred model, the rental period and your height.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What payment methods are accepted?<\/summary>\n

Du kannst die Radmiete bequem vor Ort bezahlen. Wir akzeptieren Barzahlung sowie alle g\u00e4ngigen Debitkarten. Bei Kreditkarten kann eine Geb\u00fchr anfallen!<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do I have to pay a deposit?<\/summary>\n

As a rule, no deposit is required. Full payment is made when you collect the bike from our station.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Where do I pick up my hire bike?<\/summary>\n

Our bike station is located at the Hotel THB El Cid****.
C\/Vaixell 2, 07610 Playa de Palma in the hotel garden area<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What are the opening hours of the bike station?<\/summary>\n

We are here for you every day.
Our opening hours are
9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
If this does not suit you due to your flight times, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange a pick-up time.
If you are unable to collect your bicycle at the specified collection time, it will of course be ready for you at our next opening time.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Why do I have to fill out the data sheet?<\/summary>\n

Why do I have to fill out the data sheet? We adjust your rental bike to your measurements in advance so that you can feel completely comfortable on your tours. Please be sure to send us the data sheet with your booking. If something does not fit, we will be happy to help you. Please do not make any modifications yourself. Especially with carbon parts, the wrong torque can lead to defects.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do I need to bring my own pedals?<\/summary>\n

We have common pedal systems (Shimano SPD, SPD-SL, Look Keo) in stock and will be happy to install them for you.

We will of course fit your own pedals free of charge.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do I have to return my bike clean?<\/summary>\n

Bike cleaning is included in the rental price \u2013 after all, you're on holiday. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

We are partners with THB Hotels
We would be happy to reserve a room for you.
\u2013 THB El Cid**** directly on Playa de Palma, where you will also find our bike rental station.
\u2013 THB Mar\u00eda Isabel****, there is a bicycle storage room here, including our service.
You can return your hire bike here for a flat fee of \u20ac10.00.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I bring my own bicycle and store it?<\/summary>\n

Yes, the hotel's bicycle storage room is available for our guests to use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is there somewhere I can wash my sportswear? <\/summary>\n

Yes, washing machines and dryers can be used for a fee.

Is the rental bike insured?<\/summary>\n

We want you to enjoy your stay without any worries, which is why insurance for your hire bike is compulsory with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does the insurance cover?<\/summary>\n

The insurance covers material damage to the bicycle caused by falls or accidents during normal use.
The following are not covered: theft, negligence and tyre defects. We therefore ask you to always keep an eye on your bicycle or lock it up \u2013 even in the bicycle storage room.
Damage incurred while participating in competitions is not covered!<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What traffic rules do I need to follow?<\/summary>\n

In Spain, cyclists are required to wear helmets outside built-up areas. For your own safety, we strongly recommend that you always wear a helmet. Helmets are available to hire on request.
In addition, the blood alcohol limit for cyclists is also 0.5\u2030.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Weight restriction<\/summary>\n

Please note that the maximum permissible weight of our bikes should not exceed 120 kg.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What happens if you break down on the road?<\/summary>\n

Each of our bikes is equipped with a mini pump, a spare inner tube and tyre levers. This means you can fix minor punctures yourself. For more serious defects, please contact us by telephone.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Who should I contact in the event of an accident?<\/summary>\n

112 is the standard emergency number throughout the EU!
This number can be called free of charge from any landline or mobile phone within the EU. You should always carry identification and proof of health insurance with you.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Are there guided tours?<\/summary>\n

We do not currently offer fixed group tours. However, we would be happy to advise you personally on the most beautiful routes on the island and provide you with GPX tracks.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Are there any offers for groups?<\/summary>\n

We are happy to assist you or your team in planning and organising your cycling trip.
